We know that you are looking for deals.  Not deals that someone wants to live in.  If you are a rehabber, builder, wholesaler, land lord, sub to buyer or whatever you want to be this week, we may have a deal for you.  Give us your name and email address and we will notify you whenever we have more. *Note, this list is not shared with anyone for any reason.

 

We send out 1, ONE, email to the VIP list whenever we get a new home that looks like a great investor deal.  After that the house is sent out to everyone.
